Staff Accountant

Huitt-Zollars, Inc., a leading engineering and architectural firm has an immediate opportunity for a detailed oriented Staff Accountant in its Dallas office. The successful candidate will have the ability to effectively manage time/deadlines, handle various accounting functions, and work in a team environment.

Responsibilities:

• Monthly sales tax reporting
• Bank reconciliations
• A/R, A/P and General ledger support
• Cash management and monitoring
• General accounting department functions

Requirements

• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Adobe
• Strong attention to detail
• Previous experience a plus
