Provide C4ISR systems engineering (operational and technical requirements analysis, trade studies, end-to-end integration analysis, architecture alignment) for maritime C2 and intelligence mission operations and systems.  Coordinate the alignment of multiple C4ISR programs' capability roadmaps and resources to ensure delivery of an integrated C4I capability to shore sites and ships. Research Technology for overall company strategic growth. Position will require coordination, research and achieve alignment between OPNAV, Fleet Forces, NAVCYBERFOR, platform integrators and C4I product owners on C4ISR requirements, resources, incremental capabilities, site and architecture integration for Maritime Operations Centers. Research new technologies in the area of C4I concentrating on SATCOM systems. Identify the need for, coordinate and lead meetings among stakeholders for resolution of unresolved plans and issues. MS Degree and PHD preferred. Minimum 10 years of C4ISR systems engineering and/or operations experience. Extensive knowledge of Maritime C2, Intelligence, communications and network architectures to support analysis and technology assessments. Knowledge of Communications systems Architectures.
