Seeking a professional and experienced Senior Program Manager to join our on-site client-facing team. The successful candidate should have significant experience managing technical programs, ideally within a Corporate Information Security Office (CISO) that covers multiple projects/functions in a large IT enterprise.
- Manage / plan work for multiple teams:
- Drive weekly sprints; define quarterly/annual goals
- Define and develop metrics to measure key indicators including value, efficiency and effectiveness
- Track and report on the efforts of up to 20 project teams or technology functions
- Experience transitioning projects/services into on-going operational modes
- Prepare justifications and business cases for recommendations on Cybersecurity initiatives
- Make recommendations of staffing and quality improvement initiatives
- Develop and present program status / metrics to senior USPS management
- Identify roadblocks and propose effective solutions
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree (MBA preferred) with 10+ years' experience with technical program management.
- Certification in one or more of; GIAC Certified Project Manager (GCPM), GIAC Security Leadership Certification (GSLC), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), Certified Information Systems Auditor (CISA), Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or other industry recognized security certification(s).
- Exceptional communications, both oral and written.
- Ability to coach team members on best practices and troubleshooting.
- Technical background and experience in cybersecurity solutions; preferably in a large-scale organization.
