


We are seeking an eDiscovery Subject Matter Expert to support the eDiscovery program of a large federal agency. The candidate will support a large On-Premises Cloud email migration effort and develop processes and procedures to streamline the eDiscovery case management and functional process to adapt to the new cloud-based environment.
Responsibilities:
The candidate will assess the existing end to end eDiscovery process and develop new procedures to accommodate the on-prem to cloud email (Microsoft Azure Office 365) migration.
The candidate will provide overall management, oversight, subject matter expertise, testing, and documentation support for on-prem to cloud email migration and may not perform hands-on eDiscovery casework.
Qualifications:
Strong hands-on eDiscovery experience in a cloud-based email environment. Knowledge of eDiscovery best practices and protocols. The ideal candidate will have experience developing and/or improving the end-to-end eDiscovery processes for large-scale organizations, preferably in a cloud-hosted environment. Familiarity with O365's eDiscovery and Azure Information Protection and Enterprise Mobility tools. Experience in outlining requirements, identifying gaps and concerns, planning and testing capabilities and developing appropriate case management documentation for use within the eDiscovery functions Self-directed and self-motivated with the ability to perform and complete tasks with minimal guidance. Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 3+ years of eDiscovery domain experience. Familiarity with eDiscovery tools, processes, and procedures.
