USMC Expeditionary Warfare Collaborative Team (EWCT) Support Lead SP12-143

MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Must possess an active Top Secret clearance with the ability to obtain an SCI.



  • Lead SME and program manager for amphibious and expeditionary exercises/experimentation
  • Provide analysis for capability gap identification, recommendations for research, development, experimentation on expeditionary and amphibious warfare issues to Naval Capability Development Process (NCDP), and USMC Expeditionary Force Development System (EFDS) participants 
  • Support development and execution of amphibious and expeditionary exercises 
  • Assist experimentation efforts by planning, executing, and documenting amphibious, expeditionary, and “Seabasing” experimentation, demonstrations, and testing evolutions. Experimentation efforts are in coordination and collaboration with NCDP and EFDS efforts 
  • Document and report: doctrine, organization, training, material, leadership, and education, personnel and facilities (DOTMLPF) insights; impacts; and recommendations
  • Validate exercise and experiment goals, priorities, and objectives for amphibious, expeditionary and “Seabasing” concepts and methods of deployment and employment
  • Attend meetings, briefings, and other activities in order to maintain awareness/understanding of joint, Navy, and USMC objectives, requirements and concepts and status of other programs/concepts that support amphibious, expeditionary and “Seabasing” operations


Basic Qualifications:

  • Significant experience in joint and coalition expeditionary warfare planning 
  • Operational experience in command and control and execution of major amphibious/expeditionary exercises 

Additional Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with expeditionary warfare doctrine and policy highly preferred
