Description WBB is seeking a Test and Evaluation Analyst.
Responsibilities
- Provide test and evaluation support to PEO IWS programs such as AEGIS, Above Water Sensors, Surface Ship Weapons, International & FMS programs, Undersea Systems, Command and Control, Future Combat Systems, Human Systems Integration, Littoral Combat Ship, Ship Self Defense, and Coast Guard
- Provide acquisition support to the PEO IWS staff for reviewing compliance to Navy and DOD policy
- Performs a variety of high-level Test and Evaluation support related functions, which are broad in nature and are associated with the PEO IWS mission
- Directly provides technical or managerial direction for problem definition and analysis and implementation for complex PEO IWS related tasking
- Directly provides recommendations and advice in all areas of T&E
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications:
- SECRET clearance is required. Clearance must have been issued within the last 10 years. Must be eligible for a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, if required
- 6 years (minimum) experience in DOD Test and Evaluation and/or In-Service programs
- 6 years (minimum) experience with Navy Test and Evaluation
- Must be capable of leading a project and interfacing with and end item customer
- Bachelor’s Degree required.
- DAWIA Level II certification in Test and Evaluation
- Experience in test planning, execution, documentation, and processes.
Additional Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree desired
- DAWIA Level III certification in Program Management desired
- Experience in theory of constraints and Design of Experiments desired
- Excellent communications skills, both written and verbal
- Must be eligible for a TOP SECRET/SCI clearance, if required.
