The candidate shall have experience and abilities in managing large tasks with a high level of complexity and a high risk. Outstanding capabilities in oral and written communications. Demonstrated ability to provide guidance and direction for specific projects or sub-tasks. Capability to manage multitask projects of high complexity. Responsible for the design, implementation and management of engineering management services. Interfacing with the client on project specific issues. Directing the completion of projects within estimated time frames and budget constraints. Coordinating project-specific parties and reviews work products for completeness and adherence to customer requirements. Delivering presentations and leads client meetings.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications. Candidate must possess excellent written and oral communications skills and the ability to write reports and correspondence in clear concise language in the appropriate form and style.


Experience: Minimum of 10 years Program Management experience in Defense industry/Department of the Navy or comparable Government Agencies. Minimum of six (6) years of program management experience with Navy C4I Systems. Minimum of four (4) years of experience with a Navy Afloat Network Program (such as ADNS, CANES, SubLAN, and AI). Candidate must meet eligibility requirements for access to federally-controlled information and facilities at the Secret level. PMP and/or DAWIA Level III in program management required.

Education: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college is required. Degree in Engineering, Systems Management, Information Technology Systems or Business Administration is desirable. MS or MBA preferred.
