Senior Planner/ Project Manager

Our client is a recognized Information Technology solutions provider. They are currently seeking a full-time Senior Planner/ Project Manager in Oakland, CA.


Our client is currently conducting a search for a professional and experienced Senior Planner/ Project Manager to add to its team in support of the United States Coast Guard.

Responsibilities include:

• Experience with Federal planning work of the most complex nature. This experience may include, but is not limited to, publicly and congressional visible or sensitive projects, time sensitive and high dollar projects, and projects involving environmental/historic preservation concerns.


• Minimum of 3 years technical experience in construction, engineering, and/or architecture experience required for capital improvement cost estimates, life cycle cost analysis, and total ownership cost analysis. • Minimum of 3 years scope experience with Federal planning work which includes alternative analysis as well experience with the DOD planning processes and impacts. • Minimum of 3 years’ experience with the DD1391 Planning Process including Problem Statements (PS), Planning Proposals (PP), Decision Memorandums for Shore Infrastructure (DMSI), Execution Proposals (EP), Planning Proposal Reports (PPR) and Master Plans. • Successful outcome in the DHS background process.


• US Citizenship required and must be able to pass the DHS background process.
