Agiloft is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to join our growing sales enablement team, working to enhance the productivity and efficiency of our sales teams.

The sales enablement specialist is responsible for the development of tools and resources to maximize effectiveness throughout the sales team and for coordinating training and onboarding. You will work closely with sales, sales operations, product management, and marketing to ensure alignment across all functions. The successful candidate will be a highly organized sales or sales enablement professional who has experience developing sales learning materials, enhancing training and onboarding programs, and delivering new and improved training programs.

Job Responsibilities

  • Creates training content for onboarding and ongoing training.
  • Develops tools and resources for ongoing sales enablement throughout all sales stages.
  • Schedules and manages sales training classes, workshops, SKOs, and other enablement activities.
  • Facilitates onboarding, providing support and guidance.
  • Ensures enablement resources are maintained and current.
  • Identifies opportunities to improve the sales process, identify bottlenecks, resolve inconsistencies, and improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Supports product launches and upgrades by preparing and enabling the sales force.
  • Works with the Sales Enablement Program Manager to manage various sales enablement projects and coordinate sales enablement activities that drive productivity and bookings.

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher required.
  • 2 years of direct experience in Sales Enablement and/or Sales Training required.
  • Experience in sales enablement or selling B2B SaaS solutions preferred.
  • Knowledge of sales enablement, sales training, and sales methodologies and processes.
  • Expert ability to manage projects from concept to completion and multi-task, managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong strategic, conceptual, and analytical thinking, and decision-making skills.
  • Self-motivated; highly driven to produce results.
  • Superior organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, persuasion, presentation, and writing skills.
  • Willingness to travel (TBD, possibly several times per year)
