Route Sales Representative – Culligan of Denver (Englewood, Colorado)

As a Route Sales Representative (RSR), you will deliver bottled water products and sell services to a designated customer base within the area. RSRs will also build strong customer relationships with bottled water customers by providing exceptional service, develop new sales and build relationships to generate additional revenue from new and existing customers, and routinely resolve customer issues by identifying satisfactory solutions. The ideal candidate must be comfortable with a physically demanding, customer-facing, sales-oriented position


Job Requirements
  • Develops sales and marketing approaches for existing customers based on knowledge of the customer, preferences and style.
  • Offers new products and services at the time of established product delivery to result in add-ons to the account with additional product lines.
  • Identifies prospective customers through the assigned customer base to solicit new clients.
  • Occasionally resolves customer issues within established guidelines and partners with customers in identifying satisfactory solutions.
  • Builds strong customer relationships on an on-going basis with the objective of continuing and renewing business.
  • Drives a company truck (non-cdl) to deliver products to customers according to daily route schedule.
  • Accurately complete all required paper work on a daily basis.

QualificationsPrior route sales experience a preferred but not requiredExcellent communication and customer service skills required to be successful in this roleMust have excellent driving recordMust be able to lift / push / pull up to 90lbs on a repetitive basisAll drivers are required to be a minimum of 21 years of age or older for insurance purposesSuccessful completion of pre-employment screenings required (drug screen required)
