Work you'll do

As a Texas Health Resources Registered Nurse, you should expect to be involved in the following:

  • Patient Assessments
  • Build plans around patient's care
  • Incorporates specific safety/infection control measures into patient care
  • Evaluates the effectiveness of interventions
  • Communication of discharge plans with patient and family members
  • Maintains continuity of patient care inter-shift, inter-hospital, and while expediting out of hospital transfers

Position Summary:

We're looking for a high performing RNs with experience, The ideal candidate has a history of the understanding the importance of measuring and improving the quality of patient care delivered while promoting patients' independence by establishing patient care goals and teaching patient and family members to understand condition, medications and self-care skills. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care, monitor and recognize changes in patient condition. Collaborate with multiple care providers to individualize care plans.

Basic Qualifications but not limited to:

  • Current RN Licensure to practice in the state of Texas or Compact state
  • Current BCLS/CPR for Healthcare Providers certification, ACLS within one year of hire
  • 1 year as Registered Nurse experience, preferred: ICU, Tele or PCU
  • Graduate of a NLN (National League of Nursing) or CCNE (Commission on Collegiate Nursing Education) accredited nursing programs.
