Project Support Analyst

The candidate shall support the management and oversight of developing, tracking and submitting the required contract deliverables and will be tasked to support gathering information for proposals, past performances.  Create documents and reports using MS Office Products such as MS Word, Excel and Project.   Candidate shall assist in editing documents as required.  Specific task for Project Support Analyst include: Project/Task Administrative support by tech editing contract deliverable documents, coordinating and tracking contract deliverables between STF Divisions Managers, Program Managers and employees. Support Operations 400 Division Managers on tracking contract deliverables, participating in contract kick off meetings and administration meetings as required. Develop, update and maintain Operations 400 contract deliverable tracker to include due dates, POC, required deliverables i.e. staffing plans, personnel listing, and monthly reports. Ensure that all data is correct including financial, schedule and work accomplished for associated month.  Will work with Program Management and Project Controllers to gather information. Tracks deadlines and updates; Packages submittal and sends to customer and or vendor; Ensures final submittal is accurate and effort free, includes all necessary information and meets contract requirements. Ideal candidate will have useful writing skills capable of managing updates, changes and modifications to program documents, processes & procedures and a competent user of all Microsoft Office Suite products.  Looking for a candidate that is a self-starter that requires minimum supervision and is familiar with DoD contracts and processes.  Track all project tasks, deadlines and deliverables and for insuring suspense dates are met. Provide excellent technical editing of document deliverables as well as other important documents, papers and/or contract proposals. Excellent computer proficiency specifically with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook. MS Project and SharePoint experience a plus, but not required. Candidate will be required to develop, update and submit operations 400 Contract required monthly deliverables. Organized material and completes writing assignment(s) according to set standards regarding order, clarity, conciseness, style and terminology. Maintains records and files of work and revisions, edits standardize, or makes changes to material prepared by other writers or personnel. Provide technical writing assistance with documents to ensure quality, compliance and consistency of writing. Create and maintain team drive in google site and manage content. Assist in pulling data from reports and compiling information for proposal and past performances as required. Must have exceptional organizations skills, be able to work well with others and work well under pressure of deadlines.  Additionally, the candidate will work with various levels of management to develop reports as required. Must be detail oriented, accurate in work, organized, capable of prioritizing workload to complete multiple tasks on time, and work on multiple projects simultaneously. Proficient software skills including MS Office Suite. Must be a U.S. Citizen and a minimum of a Secret Security Clearance is required. High School Diploma, BS preferred. Experience with MS office suites, 2-5 years of general office supporting SPAWAR DoD projects. Knowledge of version control, technical editing/writing experience with DoD and SPAWAR processes.
