The College is currently seeking a Program Specialist to be a part of the program team and provide technical, logistical, and communication support to the project staff to help meet the goals of the ESOG/ACOG collaboration. This positions is 100% grant funded.Responsibilities

  • Supporting the efforts of the Program staff: Program director and internal and external Consultants.
  • Planning and coordinating international meetings and internal work plan meetings or calls.
  • Compiling data, monthly call minutes, and reports from multiple meetings to draft reports on the program and generate invoices.
  • Communicating with a large number of partners, workgroups, teams, and professional associations regarding the project.
  • Develop notes for all meetings for the project and post on the web portal tracking program
  • Arranging travel for all program staff, consultants, and partners
  • Maintaining a detailed calendar for the program workplan; sending reminders of due dates
  • Edit, design and posting the quarterly project newsletter (possible)
  • Maintaining records of program contracts and files
  • Assisting in other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree with two or more years of experience in office support setting.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to review and analyze data from various sources
  • Understanding of residency, training, or research in a medical setting
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to effectively plan and organize work
  • Strong computer skills including aptitude in the Microsoft Office Suite of products - Word, PowerPoint, Excel
  • Previous experience with a design program (such as Adobe PageMaker) strongly preferred
