Program Manager

Our client is a recognized Information Technology solutions provider. Founded in 1998 and based in Reston, Virginia, it is a CMMI Level 3 Certified company with an established reputation for excellence and on-time delivery with a consistently high customer satisfaction rating from its Federal Government and private consulting contracts.

They are currently seeking a full-time Program Manager in Wright Patterson AFB, OH.

JOB DESCRIPTION

Responsibilities:

• Assist program team by providing administrative management, customer service, and clerical functions associated with running a fast-paced PEO and Deputy Director's Front Office • Provide direct support to the PEO for ISR & SOF and Deputy Director • Assist in organizing, preparing, and coordinating briefings and other activities for the PEO ISR & SOF and Deputy Director with their Directorate team, and with other senior Headquarters (HQ) AFLCMC, HQ Air Force, Office of the Secretary of Defense, and other Department of Defense (DoD) leaders and stakeholders • Assist program team by performing calendar management, email communications, file planning (electronic and hard copy), preparation of documents and correspondence ◦Review documents and provided quality checks for packages prior to PEO signature; proofread and identified errors and made corrections • Perform the following administrative functions in support of the customer/program team:                 ◦ Review "Urgent" letters for the PEO's signature, correct as necessary, and notify POC when documentation was signed and ready                ◦ Expedite memorandums for AFLCMC/CC signature and clearance requests                ◦ Performed filing, copying, control documentation, managing correspondence • Review award packages for clerical errors and formatting. • Review and make changes to the WI office file plan. • Update staff and after-duty hours rosters. • Maintain tracking system for packages coming in (and out of) the front office. • Coordinate meetings, including Video teleconferences (VTCs) and telecoms, Warner Robins, Georgia Air Logistics Center and CV-22 to be presented to our organization, AFLCMC, HQ Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) staff, and organizations in the Pentagon and at Hanscom Air Force Base (AFB), Massachusetts. • Work with organizations located at Robins AFB, Georgia; Patuxent River, Maryland; Tinker AFB, Oklahoma. • Notify the organization's computer support office when changes were needed.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

• Bachelor's degree with a minimum of three (3) years of relevant experience. A Bachelor's degree may be substituted by an Associate degree with a minimum of four (4) years of relevant work experience or six (6) years of relevant work experience. • A minimum of two (2) years of any experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects. • Experience and degree requirements must be in a field relevant to functional area.

REQUIRED SECURITY CLEARANCE

• US Citizenship status is required and an active Secret Clearance; must successfully complete the government's security process (required).
