Program Manager Integration

JOB TITLE: Program Manager Integration


The Air Force Program Executive Officer for ISR & SOF (AFLCMC/WI) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/WI, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities within the Global Hawk Division (AFLCMC/WIG) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support.


  • The employee shall manage and monitor the Global Hawk Integration program to include program of record changes, cost/schedule/performance issues, risks, and contract status.
  • Assist in interdependency impact assessments across all EQ/RQ-4 weapon systems
  • Assist in the pre-acquisition definition and capabilities integration of requirements, acquisition program management philosophy, policies and procedures to the procurement of systems, system of systems and families of systems (FoS), subsystems, and life cycle acquisition management to the Global Hawk and TRITON weapon systems
  • Interface with USN staff using USAF and USN processes to answer requests for information, perform risk analyses, and assist with resolution of program issues
  • Apply acquisition management knowledge to advise all stakeholders on the risks associated with cooperative development programs
  • Maintain awareness of the USN activities and requirements and evaluate impacts of these to the overall health of the Global Hawk weapon system
  • Assist with day-to-day monitoring of USN weapon system background technical information requests and flight test planning tasks


Security Clearance: Secret

  • Must have a minimum ten (10) years’ experience in functional area (International Business).
  • In addition to this experience requirement, candidate shall possess a Master’s degree in a field relevant to their functional area.
    • Eight (8) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree; OR,
    • Four (4) years of additional work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
  • At a minimum, five years of experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects
  • Must possess a current Secret clearance


  • Graduate degree in related field
  • Experience with remotely piloted air vehicles
  • Major Defense Acquisition Program experience
  • Air Force program office experience
  • Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act Level III certification
