Program Manager/Administration & Integration

JOB TITLE: Program Manager/Administration & Integration


This position is temporary for five months (or more)

The Air Force Program Executive Officer for ISR & SOF (AFLCMC/WI) has the collective Air Force Materiel Command (AFMC) mission responsibility for equipping ISR & SOF warfighters to dominate the battlespace. In order to meet current and projected workload requirements in support of AFLCMC/WI, the Government must augment its organic (military and civil service) capabilities within the Global Hawk Division (AFLCMC/WIG) with Advisory and Assistance Services (A&AS) support


  • Assist in program of record changes, cost/schedule/performance issues, risks, and contract status, to assess interdependency impacts across all EQ/RQ-4 weapon systems
  • Assist in the pre-acquisition definition and capabilities integration of requirements, acquisition program management philosophy, policies and procedures to the procurement of systems, SoS and FoS, subsystems, and life cycle acquisition management to the Global Hawk and TRITON weapon systems
  • Apply knowledge and experience to manage and monitor the prime contractor’s efforts to design, develop, test and field ECPs that apply to the airframe or legacy ground station
  • Apply knowledge and experience to the acquisition program management planning and execution to the system of systems requirements for command and control of the Global Hawk Block 20/30/40 air vehicles and data dissemination from the sensor payloads associated with each vehicle
  • Assist the Government team lead with day-to-day monitoring of airframe and ground station technical information requests as well as airframe and ground and flight test planning tasks
  • Provides capability in the use of personal computers and very proficient with software applications (e.g. Microsoft Word and PowerPoint).
  • Inputs information into various management systems, including Defense Travel System (DTS) and Time Attendance and Production System.
  • Track suspenses from the SOCCER system, distributing to the assigned person, sending responses to the Workflow mail box, and following up to avoid late suspenses.
  • Answers the phone for the division chief. Manages the division chief and deputy calendars.
  • Schedule/management of meetings and conference rooms and setting up VTCs. Assists during meetings and scribes meeting minutes as requested.
  • Records custodian—organizes office filing systems and files/retrieves electronic and/or paper graphics materials.
  • Provides support in the planning, formulation, editing, development and publication of office correspondence (e.g., program documentation, plans, directives, reports, briefings and other presentations) in the media format requested. Ensures documents conform to expectations of Division leadership, including on-time submission.
  • Tracks and reviews military Officer Performance Reports, Promotion Recommendation Forms, Décor 6 and other civilian/military awards, and other official documentation.
  • Office operations process development and distribution to office personnel.
  • Setting up Director’s Calls and All Calls.
  • Accomplish VIP checklists for visitors and in-processing for new Division personnel.

Security Clearance: Secret

  • Must have a minimum ten (10) years’ experience in functional area (International Business).
  • In addition to this experience requirement, candidate shall possess a Master’s degree in a field relevant to their functional area.
    • Eight (8) years of additional work experience may be substituted for a Master’s degree; OR,
    • Four (4) years of additional work experience plus a Bachelor’s degree may be substituted for a Master’s degree.
  • At a minimum, five years of experience must have been performed on DoD programs/projects
  • Must possess a current Secret clearance
  • Self-starter and able to work independently.
  • Strong organizational skills with process development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office to include Word and PowerPoint.
  • Calendar management experience for organization leadership.
  • Experience in coordinating meetings and assistance during briefings, and scribing meeting minutes.


  • Graduate degree in related field
  • Experience with remotely piloted air vehicles
  • Major Defense Acquisition Program experience
  • Air Force program office experience
  • CAG/DAG/PEG or Exec experience in an LCMC organization at Division (Program Office) level or higher
