Our client is a professional engineering and information technology services firm that provides focused solutions and customer-centric support to the US Department of Defense and the US Military Services on issues of national significance.

They are currently seeking a Program Analyst in Ft. Meade, MD 

JOB DESCRIPTION

•  Seeking an applicant for a Master Scheduler with recent mid-level experience in development, maintenance, and execution of IMS files that support the DISA PEO-COMMS Portfolio as it relates to GESB and ETPMO.•  Update, manage, and analyze proposed schedule changes providing the PMOs/Projects with an assessment of impacts to the IMS in accordance with program, project or initiatives work breakdown structures (WBS). Perform overall analysis of cost, schedule, risk, trigger dates, resource management, discrepancies, conflicts, technical and performance (both KPPs and requirements) on a basis to identify issues and items on the critical path and overall IMS that are at risk or have trigger dates, 30-60-90 days out. Provide at a minimum, an IMS status report at the Critical Path Meeting. Actively participate in the Critical Path, contributing IMS assessments. Coordinate the agenda, development and execution of the presentation and IMS used during this meeting across the portfolio and external stakeholders. Prepare minutes and track/close out action items in a timely manner. Identify overarching program issues related to cost, schedule, performance and risk as well as issues specific to each product area that directly impact the IMS and highlight during the meeting.•  Will be responsible for the following deliverables: (1) IMS updates, (2) IMS Analysis, (3) Updated IMS documentation, (4) CPM Action Items / Analysis, (5) Updated Critical path documentation, and (5) Status Reports.

REQUIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

•  10+ years of experience and PMI Scheduling Professional Certification

REQUIRED EDUCATION

•  Bachelor’s Degree or 4 years of experience will substitute
