They are currently seeking a full-time Office Administrator in Reston, VA. JOB DESCRIPTION Seeking a professional Office Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will have experience in a fast-paced and small business federal contracting environment.Roles/Responsibilities include:• Perform office management functions (front desk, inventory, mail, order supplies, water plants, restock kitchen, run dishwasher)• Provide general executive and administrative support to back office• Act as Deltek administrator by resetting employee passwords and sending timesheet reminders• Coordinate with hiring managers and recruiting team to post job openings in iCIMS, Dice and college job boards• Create and maintain job templates and compliance forms on SharePoint site• Extend offers and complete reference checks for prospective new hires• Maintain records and ensure payout for all employee referral bonuses• Assist with interview scheduling and coordination• Facilitate new hire communications• Order and distribute ID badges, business cards and parking passes to new employees• Review employee expense reports for accuracy and completion• Format resumes for upcoming proposals• Assist with client’s social media branding (i.e. LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter)• Source resumes for recruiting team• Record weekly staff meeting minutes and upload to SharePoint site• Maintain up-to-date employee roster and resume repository• Research pricing for various vendors as needed REQUIRED SKILLS • Bachelor’s degree preferred• 1+ years of professional administrative experience• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365• Excellent written and oral communication skills• Highly organized and detail-oriented• Strong critical thinking and time management skills• Positive attitude and openness to coaching• Be able to obtain a general and favorable background check Please Apply Online – https://careers-niksoft.icims.com/jobs/1387/office-administrator/job EOE M/F/Disability/Vet Our Client will not discharge or in any other manner discriminate against employees or applicants because they have inquired about, discussed, or disclosed their own pay or the pay of another employee or applicant.
