Mid-Level Systems Engineer - Navigation APME Support

The Mid-level Systems Engineer will support interface management, configuration management, risk management, and technical reviews of Positioning, Navigation, and Timing (PNT) related programs and projects within PMW/A 170.  The candidate will interface across Program Offices, Systems Commands, and services.  The candidate will also be familiar with architecture development. 

-Develop and maintain an interface tracking tool for the Global Positioning System (GPS)- based Positioning Navigation and Timing Service (GPNTS) system-Coordinate routing and tracking of GPNTS Interface Requirements Verification Forms  -Assist the NAV APME with the Engineering Change Request (ECR) process-Support the NAV APME in the conduct of Systems Engineering Technical Reviews-Support the development and management of PNT reference architectures

Experience: 6 years minimum experience providing engineering support of GPS-based PNT systems. Experience with SPAWAR PEO Integrated Data Environment and Repository (SPIDER) databases a plus.

Education: BS in Engineering field; BSEE preferred
