This is a full-time salaried position.


The Manager of BPO Sales is responsible for contacting a prospective client base and scheduling appointments with our Business Development team. We are a process and productivity driven organization and you will be responsible for helping to expand our organization. Additional responsibilities include:

  • Performing outbound calls to potential business partners
  • Data mining/networking to discover new leads
  • Consult with confidence on the phone the benefits and abilities of the organization
  • Set appointments with prospects with the goal of generating sales revenue and building customer loyalty
  • Prospecting for business partners and following up with sales calls
  • Develop, organize, and nurture a pipeline of business development leads from initial contact to qualified/closed status
  • As opportunities for the sale of existing products and services are identified, coordinate the transfer of the lead to appropriate sales team member

As a Manager of BPO Sales you must be confident, outgoing and self-motivated with a strong work ethic and have the ability to function effectively in a fast paced work environment. Qualified candidates will be willing to learn new programs, processes and technology. Candidates should be positive, driven and confident individuals that will represent the company and its customers professionally at all times.

  • 2+ years of successful business development or sales highly desired
  • Proven experience with revenue generation and strategic partnerships
  • Demonstrated sound judgement and decision-making ability
  • Understand sales cycles and how to approach lead generation
  • Self-motivated and displays a high degree of diligence and accountability
  • Posses strong interpersonal skills with excellent verbal and written communication
  • Experience in Business to Business marketing
  • Ability to build trust, respect, and collaboration in all business relationships

As this is a vital role in our organization, compensation for this position is commensurate with experience in the range of $48,000 - ? annually plus commission potential.
