Integrated Master Scheduler

Successful Candidate with support various contractor managers and SPAWAR Engineer Leads on the order of magnitude on all tasks relative to SPAWAR PMW 790 for C4ISR installation tasks.   Candidate will take data received and develop Plan of Actions and Milestones (POAM) in an Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) using Microsoft Project.  Candidate shall be considered an IMS Subject Matter Expert (SME) who will be responsible for developing the IMS and loading resources.  IMSs are submitted to public and private production officials for master work integration and cost breakdown. Candidate will work closely with the SPAWAR technical point of contact on feasibility of installations in advance of published schedules. Candidate reviews Technical Data package documentation to gather accurate installation information to support program of record and non-program of record installations.   Candidate will maintain records and modify POAMs based on consultations with government leads and other contractor production personnel as required. Candidate will track an array of information that may become available to insure the IMS is always reflective of the current project’s time line and adjusts accordingly.   Candidate will be responsible for obtaining Technical Specifications from various databases for comparison of work requested to work planned and consults with planning government and outside contractors to deconflict differences. Systems Technology Forum, LTD., is seeking a professional, self-starter that is a subject matter expert in Integrated Master Scheduler (IMS).  Candidate will serve as an Advance Planning Analyst supporting SPAWAR PMW 790 Installation Managers, personnel and other outside contractors action as a production official of various military commands.  Will interface with various SPAWAR Installation Managers, SPAWAR PMS 790 personnel and other outside contractors acting as production officials of various military commands.   Candidate will advise government personnel on status, progress, continually maintain the IMS and suggests options for corrective action. High School Diploma. 5 years’ experience in Microsoft Project. Must be proficient in all Microsoft Office products with a focus on Microsoft Project, Excel, Word and Power Point.
