STF is seeking Information System Support Specialist to provide Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) Support to a Navy organization.

The individual will perform all Assistant Customer Technical Representative (ACTR) tasks, including assisting, resolving and tracking organization's personnel hardware/software issues and reviewing, submitting and tracking all Mission Assurance Category (MAC) and Contract Line Item (CLIN) Requests associated with NMCI. The individual will schedule all maintenance, security patches, fixes and upgrades to the web application and assist in resolving to application outages.

Experience: Experience with managing and maintaining organization's Navy/Marine Corps Intranet services preferred. Proficient in Microsoft SharePoint and Office Applications preferred.

Education: Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree desired
