HR Coordinator

What We're Looking For:

NetMotion Software is looking for an HR Coordinator to join our Seattle office team. We're a fast growing, profitable organization— we've added over 80 team members in the last two years (!) —but are still nimble enough to provide ample opportunity for someone to learn and develop with the team. Reporting directly to the VP of HR, we're looking for an HR Coordinator to work alongside an HR team that partners with the business across its workforce management, recruiting, payroll, and facilities functions. We're headquartered in Seattle, but are a global company, and need someone with a global focus ready to roll-up their sleeves to help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Benefits administration across our global platforms: including enrollments, changes, terminations, and invoice reconciliation
• HRIS data entries and reporting requests (we primarily use ADP)
• Perform “customer service” functions by responding to employee questions and requests
• Conduct new hire onboarding and orientations across our global teams
• Support employee exit process
• Assist the team with special projects and programs
• Recruiting support (we use Jobvite)
• Assist with facilities management across our global offices
• Assist with employee events

Your Skills:

• 1+ years HR Administration or Coordinator experience
• Can-do, professional, upbeat attitude as well as the ability to maintain grace under pressure
• Excellent ability to build rapport and utilize interpersonal skills (especially in our current remote working world)
• Demonstrated customer service skills
• Working understanding of HR principles and practices
• Ability to maintain high output and effectiveness working independently or alongside a team
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
