Field/ Event Marketing Specialist - Remote Anywhere US

Agiloft is looking for a Field/Event Marketing specialist that thrives working with large enterprises in multiple industries, with unique business challenges requiring sophisticated solution design.

Position Overview

The Field/Event Marketing Specialist will report to the Director of Digital Marketing and Demand Generation. You will support our regional marketing program and event strategy and execution - creating, delivering, and optimizing field campaigns and events that align to our integrated campaigns and generate pipeline - while delivering awesome digital and in-person experiences for our user and prospect audiences across all customer segments.

You will work closely with sales, and demand generation to ensure programs accelerate the sales cycle and improve conversion to customers. You should understand how to build and execute events, be highly resourceful, and have exceptional attention to detail.

Job Responsibilities

  • Execute a regional marketing strategy to deliver leads and accelerate pipeline growth targeted at the enterprise and commercial segments
  • Research relevant event and conference details (competitors present, attendee demographics, market focus, venue, pricing, etc.)
  • Partner closely with internal and external attendees - assist with booking hotels, confirm registrations through event portals, schedule event prep meetings, and add all events to the Marketing calendar.
  • Manage post-event activities including processing the list of attendees, writing lead follow-up collateral for sales, and inspecting lead follow-up to drive pipeline.
  • Partner closely with the regional sales teams to develop account plans, programs, and workflows that tightly align marketing activities to sales action and continuously improve conversion
  • Track and analyze the efficiency of field/event campaigns to determine ROI and prioritize resources
  • Build relationships across cross-functional teams of product marketing, content team, alliances team, sales, and demand generation to ensure overall execution against strategic objectives and priorities

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 2 years of field or event marketing experience
  • Proven track record defining and executing field marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline generation outcomes
  • Experience working in virtual, hybrid, and in-person event environments
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation systems like Hubspot and SDFC.
  • Excellent communications and presentations skills.
  • Highly motivated individual with a results-driven approach, superb organization and project management skills, and capable of multi-tasking and working collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.
  • You are willing to travel (when in-person events return)
