MINIMUM CLEARANCE REQUIRED: Candidate Must Be A US Citizen And Able To Obtain A Clearance.


The successful applicant will serve as an integral member of the WBB team, providing civil, defense, and national security organizations, as well as industry and commercial clients, with high quality cost, finance, economic and/or Earned Value Management (EVM) consulting services. The successful applicant will be able to develop, analyze, and validate the economic framework for acquisition efforts; develop cost-benefit and economic analyses; and develop, assess, and validate cost estimates. 


Basic Qualifications:

  • MA or MS degree, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
  • 2-5 years Experience as a Cost, Finanance, Economic or EVM Analyst.
  • Experience with working in a DoD environment; knowledge of DoD 5000.1 and 5000.2 acquisition processes a must
  • Experience with advanced cost modeling and risk analysis using various tools, including ACEIT, Microsoft Excel, Crystal Ball, SEER-SEM
  • Experience in any or all of the following:
  • Business Case Analysis
  • Best Value Analysis,
  • Cost-Benefit Analysis
  • Independent Cost Estimates to support Analyses of Alternatives
  • Life Cycle Cost Estimates
  • Cost, Schedule, and Performance Baseline
  • Activity Based Costing
  • Analysis of Budgeted and Actual Cost of Work Scheduled/Performed
  • Critical Path Analysis
  • Funds Management, Distribution and Reporting
  • Cost, Schedule, and Performance Risk Identification and Mitigation Strategies 
  • Trade-Off / What-If Analysis
  • Will Cost / Should Cost Estimation and Differentiation

Additional Qualifications:

  • Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) or American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Certification and/or PMP Certification preferred
  • Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and will be required to obtain a security clearance.
