Description 

Key Role: The successful applicant will serve as an integral member of the WBB team, providing U.S. Marine Corps Program Managers with high quality cost analysis services. The successful applicant will be able to develop, analyze, and validate cost elements and requirements for acquisition efforts; develop cost-benefit and economic analyses; and develop, assess, and validate cost estimates. Typical projects may include:

• Best Value Analyses 
• Cost-Benefit Analyses 
• Independent Cost Estimates to support Analyses of Alternatives 
• Life Cycle Cost Estimate (LCCE) development and update 
• Life Cycle Cost Model (LCCM) development and update
• Running LCCE/LCCM excursions

Basic Qualifications:

• Must Possess an Active Secret Clearance or Above
• BS degree in Finance, Economics or Business Administration, Operations Research, or Accounting
• 3-8 years of experience as a cost analyst
• Possession of excellent analytical and problem solving skills
• Experience with advanced cost modeling and risk analysis using various tools, including ACEIT, Microsoft Excel, Crystal Ball, etc.; must be familiar with ACEIT
• Experience developing quantitative result documents, to include brief and report preparation and presentation
• Experience with identifying pertinent data requirements and analyzing complex data
• Possession of excellent oral and written communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with customers and colleagues
• Ability to show flexibility, initiative, and innovation in dealing with ambiguous, fast-paced situations
• Cost estimating with ACEIT

Additional Qualifications:

• MA or MS degree, Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or Accounting
• Experience with working in a DoD environment; knowledge of DoD 5000.1 and 5000.2 acquisition processes
• Familiarity with U.S. Marine Corps acquisition and financial management processes
• Society of Cost Estimating and Analysis (SCEA) or American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC) Certification
