Responsibilities

Key Role: WBB is seeking an Intermediate Quality Assurance Analyst to join a team of IT professionals. Under general supervision, carries out procedures to ensure that all information systems products and services meet organization standards and end-user requirements. Assists in software testing to ensure proper operation and freedom from defects. Documents and works to resolve basic problems. Reports progress on problem resolution to management. This position is staffed by intermediate-level personnel who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to perform quality assurance analysis. Familiar with methodologies such as ISO 9000, CMMI, ITIL, Value Engineering, etc.

Qualifications 

Basic Qualifications:

• Secret
• Must have the minimum number of years of quality assurance analyst experience associated with the level of education. This position is staffed by intermediate-level personnel who have had sufficient educational background and/or experience to qualify them to perform quality assurance analysis.
• Degree/Experience:
  • HS - 9 yrs
  • BS/BA - 5 yrs
  • MS/MA - 3 yrs
  • PhD - 1 yr

 Additional Qualifications:

• Proficient in the use of MS Office suite tools
• Familiar with methodologies such as ISO 9000, CMMI, ITIL, Value Engineering, etc.
